Every day we prepared a homemade menu, of traditional kitchen, to a very economic price.
Our restaurant is not luxurious but it is a nice place, with charm.
Our Dishes
All meals that you can taste here have the feeeling of the house, are eaten homemade, typical Spanish dishes.
Any kind of vegetables are served; green beans, peas, mushrooms, vegetable stew … and salads that can not been forgotten with all their variants.
When is cold we prepare delicious soups .Para those that they like to eat, have vegetables like lentils, haricot beans, pinto beans, chick-peas, You can eat the most typical dish from Madrid, our exquisite MADRILENIAN SPANISH STEW (COCIDO), mountain spanish stew, beans with garlic sausage and in summer chick-pea or haricot bean salad.
We also cook paste; spaghettis, macaronis and noddles. As we like more the paste is with garlic sausage and fried tomato homemade. And also the FIDEUA (the paella done with noodles instead of rice). Our cook prepares rice, with fried tomato homemade and fried egg, rice three delights, and the food stars Spanish: PAELLA.
Potatoes stewed is prepared with ribs of pig, mariner potatoes with fish and something of seafood if it is that the daily fishing was good.
The second dishes are rich, meats (of calf, pig, chicken), fished, turned around, eggs and omelettes , combined dishes.
Calf meats are prepared in stews, roasted and steaks to the taste of each one,Riojan steaks, escalopes.
The pig is toasted it, we stewed with vegetables and potatoes, fillets to the La Riojan so that our head does not get upset. The pork loin is good-good. We do not forget the pork loin marinated in frying pan or to the plate. To the plate we cook chops and the fillets of thin.
The chicken we roasted it with white wine and some thing more, leaves delicious. Always accompanied by trimming of chips or fished peppers or vegetables.
Different kind of fish is prepared, Luvinas, golden, fillets of hake, salmon, etc. depending on how the fishing has gone. We do them to the plate, the La Riojan, in green sauce.
To sum up, arrived the moment from desserts, which happier makes the children, the ice creams, yogures, flanes, natillas, the chocolate pies, and most representative of our fruit trees: pears, apples, oranges, mandarins, peaches, grapes, etc…depending on the season.
